CONDITIONS
The procedure before, during and when leaving your APAEG accommodation:
APAEG apartments are reserved for families whose children are hospitalized in the pediatric surgery department at the HUG children’s hospital. Only applications that meet these criteria will be accepted.
APAEG rates
One night = 30 CHF
From 2 à 5 nights = 25 CHF per night
6 nights and more = 15 CHF per night
Upon your arrival
Once the booking confirmation has been received, all you have to do is pick up the keys from 4pm at the reception of the HUG pediatric surgery department, rue Willy-Donzé 6, 1205 Geneva.

Check-in: 16h
Check-out: 10h
Billing
Once you have booked one of the apartments, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If your stay is to be extended beyond the dates planned, an e-mail to info@apaeg.ch must be sent as soon as possible in order to make a suitable proposal according to availability. You will receive the invoice for your stay via email after your departure.
During your stay
APAEG residents are requested to clean the apartment regularly. All the necessary cleaning is available in the cupboards.
Please note that APAEG may need to visit the apartment in which you are staying.
Please keep the premises clean at all times. Please report damage or any damage when entering. Please replace toilet paper, garbage bags and what has been used.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments.
Before leaving
Checkout must occur before 10 am. Thank you for putting the linens and towels in a pile in the entrance. We will take care of the laundry.
Please clean the apartment regularly (vacuum cleaner and mop). The refrigerator must be empty and the garbage bags must be replaced and put on the sidewalk on Tuesday and Friday mornings. If you leave at another time, you can leave them in the apartment and we will take care of them.
If you fail to comply with any of these instructions, you will be charged a flat fee.
